1. Doelstellingen van Stichting Help the Republic of Georgia
Stichting Help the Republic of Georgia is gevestigd aan Prinses Beatrixlaan 8, 1182BH
Amstelveen.
De doelstellingen van Stichting Help the Republic of Georgia zijn:
– Het steunen van lichamelijk en geestelijk gehandicapte mensen in Georgie;
– Het steunen van kwetsbare kinderen (weeshuis) en ouderen in Georgie
2. Wijze van werving van gelden
Stichting Help the Republic of Georgia ontvangt haar inkomsten door middel van giften. Deze giften worden gegeven door hoofdzakelijk particulieren en bedrijven.
3. Beheer van het vermogen
Bestuur
- Stichting Help the Republic of Georgia heeft een bestuur dat verantwoordelijk is voor
het beheer van het vermogen. - Het bestuur bestaat uit drie personen, te weten een voorzitter een secretaris en een
- penningmeester.
o Voorzitter is de heer Robert Michael, Jr. VANCKO, woonachtig aan Prinses
Beatrixlaan 8, 1182BH Amstelveen;
o Secretaris is mevrouw Nino UBILAUWA, woonachtig te 2544 CP,
o ‘s-Gravenhage, Meppelweg 1340
o Penningmeester is de heer Stepan Sarkisovitsj SHAGINIAN, woonachtig te 1019 LX Amsterdam, Barcelonaplein 91
Vergaderen
Het bestuur komt minimaal twee maal per jaar samen voor een bestuursvergadering. Hiervan worden notulen opgemaakt.
Activiteiten
Onder verantwoordelijkheid van het bestuur worden de volgende activiteiten verricht:
a) Het opzetten en begeleiden van projecten;
b) Het selecteren van nieuwe projecten
c) Het selecteren van bestemmingsdoeleinden
Financiën
Het bestuur is verantwoordelijk voor een gezond financieel beleid. De taken die hierbij horen zijn onder meer:
a) Jaarlijks een begroting opstellen;
b) Jaarlijks een jaarrekening vaststellen en goedkeuren;
c) Beheren van de gelden;
d) Besteden van de gelden
Vergoeding bestuursleden
De bestuursleden ontvangen geen vergoeding voor hun bestuurswerkzaamheden.
4. Besteding van het vermogen
Het vermogen wordt besteed conform de doelstelling van Stichting Help the Republic of Georgia.
a) De inkomsten van de stichting worden in de eerste plaats gebruikt om de uitgaven (kosten voor de bank rekening, notaris, etc.) te compenseren.
b) De inkomsten van de stichting kunnen in de tweede plaats worden aangewend om de stichtings projecten te realiseren.
c) De stichting heeft niet de doelstelling om winst te maken. Wel wil zij een kleine buffer aanhouden om lopende kosten te kunnen betalen. Daarnaast wordt dit gereserveerd om nieuwe projecten te ontwikkelen en op te zetten.
